Moving from Seattle to her hometown of Coburg Oregon, Grace, is to find less stress. She moved back to her hometown to help her parents who are raising their grandchildren. Grace was there 1 week when she is called to a murder. The town entrepreneur and land developer along with town icon, Yeager Clausen, is found dead. What made his death unusual is he was found in a evening gown.
When Grace investigates the more disturbing facts come to surface and 2 other victims are found murdered. These 3 where friends and what will connect these murders will be a shocker. It comes down to 3 words - PAYBACK - RETRIBUTION AND REVENGE.
Another super sleuth is out and trying to settle in while trying to solve a murder. Grace is a character that you love and Yeager is painted as the character you would love to hate ! This book is a wonderful well written, it was alittle dark in places but all in all its a great read !
